bjjee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and bjjee (hereinafter "bjjee", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the bjjee website, mobile interface, games, betting services, payment facilities, bonuses, promotions, and any other services made available through the bjjee platform at bjjee.app.

By accessing the bjjee platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of bjjee and close your account.

bjjee operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players. The platform's primary target market is Bangladesh, and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bjjee supports local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their natural meaning. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by bjjee of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bjjee platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's bjjee wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Stake" means the real-money or bonus amount wagered on any individual game round or bet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct set out in Section 6 of these Terms that bjjee expressly forbids.

bjjee is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, log in, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on bjjee. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not permit any person under the age of 18 to access or use your bjjee account. bjjee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing bjjee of your own free will and solely for entertainment and personal use;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using the account of another person;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose real money;
• You are not a self-excluded player, and no regulatory or court order prohibits your participation in online gambling;
• The funds you deposit into bjjee are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You have not previously been excluded from bjjee for a violation of these Terms.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bjjee. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bjjee actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all additional accounts upon detection, withholding any associated balances pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your bjjee account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and any other information reasonably requested during the registration process or any subsequent Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any balance, and the reporting of the relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjjee login credentials. bjjee will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bjjee immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bjjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to bjjee in advance of the relevant activity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bjjee may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete an identity verification process before processing a withdrawal, crediting a bonus, or continuing account access. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. bjjee may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account access until verification is complete.

Supported Payment Methods

bjjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bjjee does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bjjee; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bjjee wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bjjee bears no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bjjee does not accept third-party deposits. If bjjee identifies a deposit originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Withdrawals via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) follow the respective card network's standard settlement timeline.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bjjee reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless bjjee's compliance team approves an alternative method following verification.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on bjjee are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjjee does not apply currency conversion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on bjjee.

Transaction Records

A complete record of all deposits, withdrawals, and game transactions is available in your bjjee account history. bjjee maintains transaction logs for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard financial record-keeping practices. Players should retain their own records of all transactions for personal reference.

General Bonus Conditions

bjjee may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your bjjee account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the requirements stated in the relevant promotion. bjjee reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions, to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion, and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits below the minimum qualifying deposit for a promotion are not eligible for that promotion.

Bonus Abuse

bjjee takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any other method that bjjee reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account closed. bjjee's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from bonus funds is ৳20,000 or 10x the bonus amount (whichever is lower). Any winnings above this cap that are derived from bonus funds will be removed from the balance prior to withdrawal processing.

General User Obligations

As a registered bjjee player, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. You agree not to take any action that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of bjjee, its platform, its staff, or other players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bjjee and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Creating more than one bjjee account under any identity;
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or game manipulation, including the use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with bjjee games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Section 5;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bjjee staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the bjjee platform without prior written authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

bjjee reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate suspension of account access; forfeiture of balance where the balance is derived from prohibited activity; permanent closure of the account; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law. bjjee's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bjjee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bjjee will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) to your verified payment method and deactivate your account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through bjjee's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be used for any gaming, betting, or deposit activity. bjjee will also cease all promotional communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period.

Involuntary Suspension by bjjee

bjjee reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; a dispute concerning account ownership; regulatory requirement; or any other reason that bjjee deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected prohibited activity, any balance in the account will be held pending the outcome of bjjee's investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part in accordance with these Terms.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bjjee will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy policy. bjjee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing the required notice. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

Platform Availability

bjjee endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or as a result of circumstances beyond bjjee's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or acts of third-party service providers.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections during a live game round, or incorrect odds display — bjjee reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return the staked amount to the player's balance. bjjee is not liable for any consequential losses, including notional winnings that the player believed would have been generated from a round that is subsequently voided due to malfunction.

Third-Party Services

bjjee's platform incorporates third-party game content, live streaming services, and payment processing infrastructure. bjjee is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party providers, including game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Microgaming, or Ezugi) or payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), except to the extent that bjjee has direct control over the relevant service.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjjee's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bjjee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bjjee makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of bjjee is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
